Services at the Memorial campus are performed by students, each working under the direct supervision of a licensed instructor. Clients may request a specific artist, and prices can differ depending on the student's experience level. According to the school, its prices are kept low because the work is done by supervised students. Because student availability shifts, the school suggests booking in advance. The campus keeps weekday hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday hours from 9 a.m. until noon, and is closed on Sundays.

The cosmetology program runs for roughly six months of full-time study and teaches haircutting and styling, coloring, chemical treatments, anatomy and physiology, health and safety practices, basic facials, full-body waxing, and acrylic nail application, with graduates preparing for the Texas state board examinations. A five-month esthetician track includes internships and covers skin analysis, facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, makeup, LED light therapy, microneedling, and dermaplaning, and prepares students for the state certification exam. A combined esthetician and nail technician program takes five months and prepares students for the state license in both fields. The nail technician program lasts about six months. The lash technician program lasts about two months and can be taken on a partly online schedule. Tuition varies by program and by any payment plans currently offered; the school discusses pricing on request, and lash and nail pricing can be obtained by booking an appointment.

Graduates are kept in touch with for updates on trends and techniques in the lash and nail programs. Lash tech graduates may work as salon lash specialists, lash educators, mobile lash techs, freelance lash stylists, or salon owners and managers. Nail tech graduates may work at salons or spas, teach nail courses, freelance, or work as product specialists for nail brands.

Students perform real services for clients under licensed instructor supervision, with the aim of training graduates who can work in the industry or go on to own salons. The school says quality beauty education should be open to everyone regardless of background.
