Ombre Powder Brows for virgin brows take about three hours and are done in two parts: an initial session and a required touch-up. Pigment is mixed for each client's undertone, hair color and preference, and the shading can be adjusted from bold to subtle, with a lighter front that deepens toward the tail. Lip Blush for virgin lips also takes about three hours and follows the same two-session structure. It can add color to pale lips, refine the shape, even out uneven areas, and bring warmth to dark or cool-toned lips through lip neutralization, which may need more than two sessions. Lip Blush is not lip liner and does not replace lipstick, and no liner or unnatural shades are used. Lip Blush is offered only on virgin lips.

Eyebrow Correction, at about three hours and $750, is for brows with previous tattoos that were not done at the studio. Not all tattoos can be corrected or covered, so photos must be reviewed before booking. Returning clients booking an annual touch-up send three photos of their current brows or lips first. Touch-up prices depend on time since the initial session: eyebrows run from $100 at 5-10 weeks (required) up to $400 at 2+ years, and lips follow the same scale from $100 at 6-12 weeks (required) up to $400 at 2+ years. Touch-ups booked too long after the first session may be turned away or charged as a new initial session. Per the business, clients typically rate the procedure around 4 on a 10-point pain scale. Brows typically heal in 7-14 days and lips in 5-7 days, and results generally last about 2-3 years before a touch-up is needed. The studio notes that results cannot be guaranteed and depend on skin, lifestyle, health and aftercare.

Booking starts with a text that includes full name, whether the client has virgin brows or lips, and three bare photos taken in good light, with no makeup or filters and the head turned slightly left, right and straight. Approval comes before a booking is made. A non-refundable deposit secures every appointment and is applied to the total on the day. Rescheduling or cancelling within one week forfeits the deposit, and clients may reschedule twice outside that window. Arriving more than 20 minutes late, no-shows and same-day changes forfeit the deposit and may be charged the full remaining balance. Children, pets and waiting guests are not allowed during appointments unless the artist is contacted in advance. A valid photo ID is needed for a first visit, health and consent forms are completed before each procedure, and a translator may help with paperwork. Each client gets an email three days ahead with instructions and an aftercare kit at the end of the session. Payment is accepted by cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle and major credit cards, with a 3% fee on card payments. Before, during and after photos belong to the studio and may be used for marketing.

The studio builds each brow and lip color around the client's own coloring and preferences, and it asks clients to approve each predraw before tattooing begins.
