Set style is chosen around each client's natural lashes. Full, healthy natural lashes can suit classic, mixed, volume or mega volume sets, while thin or damaged lashes are better matched to volume or mega volume.
Clients who already have lashes applied by another technician book a removal first, then a new full set, because existing extensions are not worked over. Lashes should arrive clean and free of makeup, mascara, eyeliner and individual lashes; if cleaning would take most of the visit, the appointment may be rescheduled.
Online scheduling is not available right now, so clients contact the business directly. Same-day requests go by text. A reminder is sent the day before, and clients reply CONFIRM. Early and late appointments carry a $25 upcharge. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations carry a $30 fee, and no-shows without a call or text are charged the full service and blocked from future booking. Cash, debit and credit cards are accepted; Cash App is not.
