Booking and changes follow a simple policy. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are moved to a better open time where possible, while cancellations made less than an hour before the appointment carry an administration fee. The salon also runs a loyalty program in which members earn points for booking, for spending on services and products, for following on social media and for a birthday, and points can be redeemed for percentage or dollar discounts on the lowest priced item in a cart.
