Extensions come in two full-set styles. The Natural Beauty gives a soft, mascara-like look and takes about an hour, while The Glam is a heavier mascara-style set that takes about 90 minutes. Appointment length varies from client to client.

For clients who do not want extensions, the studio offers a keratin lash lift with tint, which it describes as enhancing natural lashes. Refills are priced by how long it has been since the last appointment: a 15-21 day return costs $95 and takes about an hour, and a 22-35 day return costs $125 and takes about 90 minutes. The studio generally suggests refills every two to four weeks. Clients who stop wanting extensions can let them shed or have them removed free of charge, and lash removal is $25 for others, complimentary for current clients.

Booking requires a $50 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late means rescheduling and losing the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead carry a full service fee, as do no-call, no-show appointments, which also block future bookings. Clients are asked to arrive with makeup-free eyes. A refill needs at least 40% of the original lashes still in place; otherwise the client is charged for a full set.

After a set, lashes should stay dry for 24 hours, including through exercise. Clients should wait 48 hours after a facial cosmetic procedure, such as Botox or microblading, before getting extensions. The studio advises against mascara on extensions and recommends oil-free products and non-waterproof liners.

Each extension is placed on a single natural lash with a special adhesive, never on the skin. The studio says its technicians can shape, pattern and curl each set to the individual client, and that lash extensions are applied by a certified artist.
