The salon describes its hair services as luxurious and time-saving, and says it aims to respect each client's budget. Color work includes foil highlights, lowlights, a mini highlight, a partial highlight, balayage in half or full versions, and grey coverage, most with gloss and a blowout included. Haircuts are not included with color and can be added for $40. Extensions come in weft, tip and V-light methods after a required in-person consultation, and the service includes color matching, a haircut and a take-home care kit. Keratin smoothing options range from a mini treatment for shorter-term frizz control to a standard 3-5 month treatment, with formaldehyde-free and strong versions available. Keratin paired with color is booked as two back-to-back appointments, with the color first.

The first visit for a new client is a bundled package that covers color, a treatment, a lather, a haircut and a finish. Clients are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early and not to bring friends or children beyond what they booked. Changes need at least 24 hours notice; shorter-notice cancellations carry a 50% service charge and rebooking fee, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full value. Concerns with a haircut or color can be reported within 7 days of the first visit and are corrected within 14 days at no added charge.

The salon is cash-free, taking debit and credit cards and Venmo, and does not sell memberships. Retail products can be exchanged for full credit within 14 days if unopened or minimally used. By visiting, clients agree to photos that may appear on social media, and they can ask for photos not to be shared.
