Visits are by appointment only, with no walk-ins, and a building access code is needed to enter. Before any procedure, a consultation is required, either virtual or in person. Both are offered free; the in-person version includes a detailed assessment and treatment planning. Treatment plans are individualized, medically guided, and focused on safety and evidence-informed care.

Aesthetic treatments are self-pay, and the clinic does not accept health insurance. Pricing is reviewed before any treatment. Most aesthetic treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and the clinic offers guidance on options that are appropriate during those times.

Beyond patient care, the clinic offers medical director services for licensed aestheticians, registered nurses and boutique medical spas in Las Vegas. It also provides telehealth GFE clearances for aesthetic procedures, available only to clients in Nevada, and private hands-on injector training at its Las Vegas office or on-site at a provider's location. Training covers neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO threads, PRP and PRF, and complication management.
