The practice is physician-led and aims to care for the whole person rather than treat isolated symptoms, across aesthetics, concierge medicine, pediatric care and physical therapy. Its foundation is prevention, longevity and evidence-based treatment. Most services are private-pay, and the practice does not bill insurance for most of them. The space is calm, private and intentionally not clinical in feel. A recovery suite includes a cold plunge, an infrared sauna and a private room for treatments and massage, alongside a private training studio and a strength and conditioning area equipped for training and recovery.

On the aesthetic side, the medical spa offers neurotoxin (Botox, Dysport and Daxxify), hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, Sculptra, SkinVive, and Lipo Dissolve for localized fat. Facial and skin treatments range from HydraFacial and LED light therapy to microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels and regenerative options such as PDGF plated exosomes, PDRN and Rejuran. Laser options run from non-ablative peels with little to no downtime to deeper fractional resurfacing, and include Laser Hair Removal, which is priced by treatment area size. Medical-grade skincare is offered to extend in-office results. Medical spa treatments are guided by licensed medical professionals.

Membership options span concierge medicine, aesthetics and wellness. The Med Spa Membership carries a three-month commitment, and other memberships may include a minimum commitment with terms that vary. Appointments can be booked online or by calling (702) 476-9462.

Care is physician-led and rooted in prevention, longevity and evidence-based treatment, with the aim of addressing the whole person across medicine, aesthetics and physical therapy.
