Divine Beauty is a lash studio at 709 W Main St. in Ovilla, Texas, run by owner and lash technician Madison Romero. The studio offers lash extensions in classic, volume, hybrid, wispy and textured styles, along with lash lifts. Hours are Monday through Thursday 10 am to 7 pm, Friday 10 am to 1 pm, and Saturday 11 am to 2 pm, with the shop closed on Sundays. A restroom is available on site. Clients are asked to arrive on time. Lash appointments have a 10-minute grace period, and arriving more than 15 minutes late brings a $20 late fee. Extra guests and children are not permitted at appointments. Anyone arriving early is asked to wait in their vehicle until the studio is ready for them. Clients are advised to come with clean lashes free of oil-based products and makeup and to avoid caffeine for at least two hours beforehand. A $5 lash bath charge applies if lashes were not properly cleansed before the appointment.

Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day rescheduling counts as a cancellation. Short-notice changes carry a $25 forgiveness fee on the client's next appointment. A second cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice means the client can no longer book, and the same applies to a no-show where the business was not contacted.

Fills are recommended about every two weeks, and up to three weeks depending on natural lashes and lash care. A fill needs at least 45 to 50 percent of the extensions still in place; below that, the visit is booked as a full set. Lashes should stay dry for 24 hours after a service. Aftercare advice includes cleansing lashes two to three times a week, keeping oil-based products away from lashes, brushing daily, and avoiding mascara, curling extensions and sleeping on lashes. A lash lift lasts about six to eight weeks, depending on aftercare, and lash tint is available as an add-on. Waxing is not offered yet.

Set styles are matched to the look a client wants, and fills are timed around the health of natural lashes and their care at home.
