The suites are open to independent beauty professionals such as hairstylists, lash artists, nail technicians, estheticians, barbers and makeup artists. Private, semi-private and open-concept booth options are offered on month-to-month agreements, and shared studios and shared leases are also available. Utilities, complimentary WiFi for tenants and guests, 24/7 secure access, parking and a private locked guest waiting area are included. The suites are climate controlled and have secure locking doors. At 5416 North Lovers Lane Road, I.M. Beauty School of Aesthetics runs a state-approved aesthetics program that prepares students for licensure as estheticians. It is offered full-time over 12 weeks on weekdays during the day, or part-time over 24 weeks on weekday evenings. Shorter courses include an 8-hour Wisconsin course covering classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume lash techniques, a 6-hour Russian and mega volume course, a private two-day classic and volume course with one-on-one instruction, and a 4-hour volume refresher with a live model. Two entrepreneur courses are offered, a 2-week small business start-up course covering LLC formation, EIN, website, logo and business cards, and a 4-week lash artist course that uses live models. Microblading, microshading and teeth whitening are also offered as certification programs, and students receive a certificate on completion. Virtual mentorship is open to students nationwide, business success mentorship includes a one-hour one-on-one session, and classrooms can be rented for group trainings and workshops.

Lash appointments follow a few practical steps. Clients arrive without facial makeup, including foundation, concealer, mascara and eyeliner, and remove contact lenses or glasses before services. A patch test and consultation are available before a full set. Fills are typically recommended every two to three weeks, and a visit counts as a fill only when at least half of the original fullset or prior fill remains. If less remains, an extended fill or a new full set may be suggested. Foreign lash fills, where the set was applied by a different artist, need at least half of the original lashes in place.

The school says it has trained 1,156 graduates since 2017, and that 47 businesses have started out of its entrepreneur training courses. According to the school, 99% of past students recommend it. It also says it is among Arizona's earliest eyelash extension programs to receive approval under the state's Eyelash Technician Registration rules. Listed partners include ROSS IES, WWBIC and the African American Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin.

Education is central to the business. Eyelash extension training is where it began and remains a core program, alongside state-approved aesthetics training and entrepreneur courses for people starting their own businesses.
