New guests begin with a consultation covering hair history, lifestyle and goals, and the studio says it talks through realistic outcomes and timelines before cutting. New guest visits include a curl detox treatment, a mist and hydration treatment and a diffused style, and can add a curl care lesson. Afterward, guests receive a maintenance plan, product recommendations and video tutorials.

Children are welcome, with a quick curly cut for kids up to 10 and hands-on appointments where parents learn how to care for their child's curls. Color and highlighting are for existing guests only, and new guests discuss color during their first appointment.

The business states that its products are CG approved, organic, certified climate neutral, cruelty free, vegan and EU compliant, and it uses the plant-based Innersense line. Complimentary extras include reclining chairs, cold drinks and snacks, warm lavender towels, a silent appointment option, streaming choices, phone chargers, WiFi and diffused oils.
