About
Tina Schilling owns Distinctive Hair Design by Tina and works as its curl specialist. She works with curly hair of every texture, from wavy to coily and kinky, and in a private one-on-one studio she focuses on curly cutting and curl care coaching. She also welcomes clients with similar hair histories who want to learn to look after their own curls.
Her training includes the Rezocut curly cutting method, for which she holds Rezocut Certified Level 1 and Level 2, along with Deva Cut Level 1, Curly Hair Artistry, Cut It Kinky and The Cado Curly Method. Her appointments are hands-on: she enjoys cutting children's hair and teaches parents how to care for their children's curls during the visit.
Her coaching is grounded in curl science and aimed at a styling routine that stays simple.
