DiOSES SUiTES was founded to help beauty professionals operate as independent business owners. Rather than working as an employee in a shared salon, each professional rents a private suite and runs their own business from it. The Clermont location is at 16909 High Grove Blvd. The Longwood location, at 225 Ronald Reagan Blvd, is listed as coming soon.

Three suite styles are offered. The DiOSES Signature Suite is a studio-style room for one professional to see clients privately. The Grand Signature Suite has more space for collaboration or expanded services. The Signature Window Suite sits at the front of the building, with large windows and high visibility to passing traffic. Availability, sizes and pricing vary by location, so prospective tenants are asked to contact the business for current details.

Suites come with custom cabinetry, a chair for hair work or a bed for esthetics, a flat-panel television, and a compact refrigerator. Every suite has its own sink with plumbing, and the glass doors are of high quality. Renters are free to decorate, repaint and modify their room to fit how they work.

Electricity, water, Wi-Fi and cleaning are included in the rent. An on-site team keeps the building clean and maintained, and a laundry facility with washing machines is on site and free to use. Tenants receive a secure key for building entry at any time, day or night. Leases are flexible and do not require a long contract, and tenants receive a rent-free period every year.
