Color clients can book a complimentary color consultation, either virtually or in the salon. The consultation covers reference photos of looks the client likes and dislikes, choosing a shade that suits skin tone, pricing questions, and scheduling. Wet cuts are reserved for repeat guests. The salon works with Redken and Kerastase products and treatments.

Education comes first, with hands-on training for new stylists and ongoing learning for the whole team. Color is planned around a consultation so the service fits what the client wants.
