The studio starts with a free 30-minute consultation that assesses whether brows are suited to microblading or another procedure, and includes a pencil design test. A consultation does not include the procedure itself, so a procedure is booked separately on another day with two hours open.

Semi-permanent options include BoldBrows microblading, microblading with manual shading for added depth and density, powder brows with an ombré effect, machine-created nano hairstrokes, a nano brows combo that blends hair strokes with soft shading, and lip blush. Touch-ups are priced by how long it has been since the original procedure. Clients who had microblading before and want shading need to send a photo of their brows first, and more than two years without a touch-up is treated as a new procedure.

Non-permanent services include brow tweezing, brow waxing, brow design with a liquid dye keratin tint, henna tinting, and upper lip waxing. The keratin tint is described as lasting about 11 days on the skin and about 4 weeks on the hairs. Brow gel, a fancy brow pencil and a concealer pencil are also sold.
