The salon was founded by Adriana, who serves as Founder and Creative Director. She began practicing nail services at 14. The salon describes itself as the best nail salon in Kendall and as a leading nail salon, and it says its reputation rests on consistency and professionalism.

The nail menu includes regular and gel manicures and pedicures, acrylic full sets and refills, and acrylic removal, which is charged only when the client is not getting a new set. Gel-X soft gel tips from Apres, Luminary multi-flex gel, dip powder that is set without UV light, poly nail gel and rubber base gel manicures are also offered, with nail art add-ons such as French tips, croc print, foil designs, ombre airbrush, 3D flowers, diamonds and encapsulation. Colors range from timeless neutrals to bold and vibrant shades.

Brow services include eyebrow shaping with wax, henna brows that tint brow hairs and skin after brow mapping, and brow lamination that sets natural brow hairs into a chosen shape. Lash lifts and lash lift with tint are offered as well. The salon says shaping results last about 3 to 6 weeks, lamination about 6 to 8 weeks and a henna stain up to 2 weeks on the skin.

Facials include a Signature Facial, with skin analysis, deep cleansing, steam and extractions, a customized mask and sunscreen, and a Deluxe Facial, with microdermabrasion, an ultrasonic skin scrubber and high-frequency treatment. Hair services cover cuts, blow dries, flat ironing, treatments, toners, full and partial color, full and partial highlights, balayage, keratin smoothing, a Botox hair treatment and a stem cell treatment that the service page says is intended to stimulate hair growth. Perm pricing varies.

Visits come with complimentary cafecito, wine, soda, tea and water while clients relax, and the salon also offers mimosas and premium coffee. Booking in advance is recommended, especially for evenings and weekends. Changes or cancellations need at least 12 hours' notice, and a fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost applies to late changes, cancellations or no-shows. Booking means the client agrees to this policy.
