Shaping is the core of the work. Brows are trimmed, waxed, tweezed, filled and highlighted, then finished with a brow mask, powder fill, pencil or gel. For clients who are sensitive to wax, such as those using Accutane or retinoids or who recently had a peel, a tweeze-only shaping option is available.

Color comes as a tint, a hybrid tint or a stain. Brow lamination sets the hairs to lie in one direction for a fuller, lifted look and can be paired with a tint. Airbrush brows apply a stain-hybrid dye through a fine mist, from soft gradients to bolder or ombre effects.

Dermaplaning removes fine vellus hair and dead skin with a hand-held instrument and no abrasives. Lip waxing is also offered, and gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value.

Visits are booked through the online booking page, and a credit card is required to hold a time. The card is not charged until the appointment is completed. Changes can be made at any time through booking links, but changes or cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the service cost, and no-shows are charged the full cost. Clients are asked to arrive at least five minutes early, since anyone more than 15 minutes late cannot be serviced. Clients who have missed appointments before are asked to pre-pay for future bookings.
