The menu covers hands and feet. Natural nail services include regular and gel color changes, manicures, and several pedicure levels, from a basic gel pedicure up to deluxe spa pedicures that use a branded spa kit. Acrylic full sets and refills come in regular or gel polish, in short, medium and long lengths. Dip powder, Gel-X and liquid gel are offered as separate services. Nail repair, French tips, chrome, cat eye, ombre and soak-offs are listed under other nail services.

Eyelash services include classic, hybrid and volume extensions, with refills scheduled at two to three weeks or four to five weeks. The salon notes that a classic set needs to be replaced rather than refilled once five weeks have passed. An eyelash lift is also available. The waxing menu covers the face, underarms, arms, back, bikini, Brazilian, and legs, with full leg waxing priced for up to two legs.

Pink-and-white acrylic work is priced higher than other sets. The salon says this reflects the added skill, time and product it takes.

Cleanliness sits at the center of how the salon operates. Tools go through medical-grade sterilization and disinfection between clients, while buffers and files are thrown away after one use.

For a visit, clients are asked to arrive five minutes early to choose a color. If a client is ten minutes late, the salon may give the appointment time to someone else. Appointments need to be cancelled by phone at least 24 hours ahead. Visa, MasterCard, debit cards and cash are accepted, and gratuity is accepted only in cash.
