Its work centers on lash extensions, with three full-set styles offered at different levels of fullness, plus touch-ups to maintain a set between full appointments.

The Classic Full Set adds fullness and length with few gaps along the lash line, aiming for a natural result. The Glam Full Set is designed for clients who already have a good amount of healthy natural lashes and want a fuller look; the studio describes it as its best seller. The Hybrid Full Set blends classic and volume techniques for a full, textured, natural-looking result and suits clients with fine or sparse natural lashes.

Between full sets, the Touch Up Treatment is recommended every two to three weeks. It removes lashes that have grown out and adds new extensions to all of the regrowth. Touch-ups must be booked within three weeks of the last visit; after that, a full set is required.

Booking involves deposits. Full Set appointments require half of the service price as a deposit, and returning clients must pay a deposit by the Monday of their appointment week or the appointment is cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the service. Same-day touch-up cancellations cost $75, made up of a $50 non-refundable deposit and a $25 cancellation fee. Clients who no-call, no-show cannot book future appointments.

Retention rules apply to touch-ups. For a two-week touch-up, at least half of the lashes on each eye must remain, and for a three-week touch-up at least 40 percent must remain; otherwise the higher-priced service is charged. Clients have 48 hours after their first service to come back for retention fixes, after which a one-week fill is required. Memberships are based on two-week touch-ups and follow the same retention policy.

Payment is accepted by Zelle. Credit cards, Cash App, and Venmo carry a $5 fee. Services outside business hours carry a $35 convenience fee. Late clients may still be serviced, but the full look may not be possible if time is short. All product sales are final.
