A visit starts with a personalized consultation. Each set is planned around the client's eye shape and natural lashes, which guide the length, curl and placement. Extensions are applied with a light-cured adhesive that is set under a professional LED lamp during the appointment, so clients can usually wash their lashes soon after. The studio describes its service as calm and elevated. Clients returning for a fill can book a refill between two and four weeks after a set or between four and six weeks after, and the artist decides at the four-week mark whether a regular or extended fill fits based on the lashes that remain and their condition.

Beyond lashes, the studio offers one-hour facials for $120, a microneedling facial for $175 and teeth whitening for $145. Lash extension removal is $45. Lash extensions designed for sensitive eyes are a specific focus, with a dedicated page on the subject, and an LED lash patch test can be scheduled before a full set for clients who have had a strong reaction in the past. Lashes applied by another artist can be refilled at the usual refill price, and the artist assesses them to decide between a refill and a removal followed by a new set.

Private lash training is a three-day, one-on-one course for a single student, priced at $1,500, with a training kit included. It includes 90 days of guidance and a third refinement day within 30 days, where the student brings their own model. The course does not replace a professional license and is held at the Snellville studio.

Both locations are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Snellville hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 8 PM and Saturday to Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM. A $45 fee applies to missed appointments and to cancellations made within 24 hours, and arriving 20 minutes or more late counts as a no-show. Children are not permitted at the Snellville location.

Sets are customized through a personal consultation, with a focus on lash health and on clients with sensitive eyes. The studio is open that no adhesive is guaranteed to be free of reactions, so clients are asked to share past reactions or known allergies before booking.
