Lash appointments are organized around refill timing. Each set lists a suggested refill window, either about three weeks for a mini refill or about five weeks for a full refill. Refills are for existing clients only, so new clients start with a full set. Clients who come in with extensions from another salon need a removal service booked at the same time as their full set.

The facial menu has four options, from a basic clean facial to an ultrasonic deep hydration and whitening facial. The acne-prone skin option includes deep cleansing, extractions and customized masks, while the deeper options add steamed towels, exfoliation and either bubble cleansing or nutrient serums. Lip and eyebrow waxing are also available. The business is open Monday and Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and is closed on Tuesdays.
