The studio sits on the second floor at Pathfinder Road in Diamond Bar and works mainly with lashes and nails. Lash options run from full sets and classic refills to volume refills in several densities, lower lashes, colored lashes, wispy add-ons, lash lifts and removal. A combined lash and nail course is listed at $300 and about six hours.

Online bookings require a credit or debit card to hold the time, while phone and text reservations need a $30 deposit first. Cash, Zelle and WeChat are accepted. Clients can reschedule up to 48 hours ahead without a penalty, but a new time means a new deposit, and anyone who breaks the cancellation policy cannot rebook. A 10-minute grace period applies; arriving 15 minutes late brings a $15 late fee, and appointments more than 30 minutes late may be cancelled. Guests and pets cannot wait in the studio during services, and clients are asked to leave jewelry and valuables at home.

Nail prices depend on the number of steps, difficulty, on-site changes and total time. Nail art is charged by actual service duration. Single-color sets use only the colors in stock, and designs cannot be copied exactly from a reference photo because hand shape, nail size and lighting all change the result. Inspiration photos are requested at least two days before the visit, and advanced designs need photos at booking. Design changes after the UV light is switched on are not allowed or carry a fee. Pedicures are not performed on feet with visible signs of fungus or infection.

Lash refills are generally recommended every two to three weeks. A full set is replaced by a new one after four weeks, and refills are charged as a full set when less than 30% of lashes remain. Refills from another salon are not accepted when 30% or more of lashes have fallen out or more than 30 days have passed. Returning clients get free removal of regular gel and of eyelash extensions within 60 days, and full-set lash fixes are free within three days. Fixes do not cover accidents, poor aftercare or picking.
