The salon focuses on dimensional color and hair extensions. Multi Method extensions are custom installed using weft, i-tip, and k-tip techniques, starting at $1,200. No Commitment extensions cover wigs, halo, clip-in, and topper options, starting at $900; these can be tried in the salon before purchase, and pricing is upfront. Wigs are not sold, and styling and maintenance visits for No Commitment pieces are available, with wig maintenance every 5 to 7 or more weeks.

Color packages start with Root Maintenance from $175, which includes a single shade or a shine gloss, tone, or conditioning treatment. Partial Refresh from $275 covers the top and sides, and Full Transformation from $350 covers the entire head. Each includes a relaxing shampoo with massage, a haircut, and a smooth blowout. Adding root color to a Partial Refresh or Full Transformation costs $75 more, and color packages have maintenance intervals of 8 to 12 or more weeks.

New clients complete a digital consultation form before a visit, and the salon replies with consultation dates by text. A consultation is required before a new client's first service: a 30-minute Hair Color Consultation costs $30, and a 45-minute Hair Extension Consultation costs $50. Text reminders go out 48, 24, and 2 hours before appointments. The salon is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10am to 6pm, and Tuesday from 10am to 4pm.
