The menu covers customized facials and holistic skincare, offered for both corrective and preventative goals. Head spa treatments follow a Japanese-inspired approach to scalp care, and there are facials, peels and microneedling for clients who want more targeted work. Brow and lash services and a full waxing menu sit alongside the skin treatments.

Bookings can be made online, by phone or by message, and a valid credit or debit card may be required to reserve. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. If someone arrives more than 15 minutes late, the service may be shortened, or the appointment rescheduled when there is not enough time to complete it safely. Children not receiving services are asked to stay home when possible, and additional guests are not allowed in treatment rooms unless arranged in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests need at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less notice, or missed without notice, carry a 15% cancellation fee on the scheduled service total. Professional services are non-refundable, and treatment concerns should be raised within 72 hours. Clients should tell their esthetician beforehand about pregnancy, allergies, prescription skincare medications such as Accutane, recent cosmetic injections or medical conditions that may affect treatment.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $150 amounts or a custom value, and can be bought online for a recipient or for oneself. Gift card sales are final. Retail products can be picked up by appointment at no charge, with no service included, after contacting the owner to confirm stock. Products not on hand can be special-ordered and shipped to the client.
