Outside of braiding, the hair menu includes silk press, all-over single color with root touch-up and toner, partial highlights, a Brazilian Blowout and French curls. The salon also offers therapeutic massage.
Monthly memberships are billed each month and run from hair and nail plans at about $89 to $179 up to a Signature Beauty plan at $229 that covers nail, hair and massage services. Membership benefits apply automatically at in-store checkout for services booked on the services page.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 3 PM. Some services require a deposit of $20 to $40 at booking. A cancellation made less than 24 hours ahead may be charged a fee at the stylist's discretion, and a missed appointment without notice may be charged a no-call/no-show fee. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The salon also retails hair, extensions and professional products for maintaining a style between visits.
