Manicures here cover nail trimming and shaping, cuticle care, a hand massage, and a polish in the shade the client chooses. Pedicures open with a soak in a spa basin, then move through trimming, shaping and cuticle work, with callus removal done only when it's needed. The pedicure seats run quietly and aren't connected to any plumbing.

Dipping powders are SNS, and the salon says the base contains vitamins A, E, D and B5 along with calcium. Waxing is done with warm sugar wax. The menu also includes eyelash extensions, facials, and a kids menu with polish changes and simple manicures and pedicures.

Hygiene is a stated focus. Buffers, toe separators, birchwood sticks and pumice stones are never shared between clients, and metal clippers, nippers and pushers are sterilized in hospital-grade heat sterilizers. Each client receives tools in a sealed pouch, and a complimentary kit of non-metal tools and nail files is provided. The salon scored 100 on its Board Inspection, according to its About page.

Massage, facial, microdermabrasion, body wax and permanent makeup services need an appointment and a deposit. Nail repairs are by appointment only, and cancellations need 24 hours notice. Children under 12 are only allowed in the salon when receiving services with a parent. Gratuities can be paid in cash or by check made out directly to the technician. The salon accepts cash, Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard but not personal checks, and the minimum card charge is $10. Gift cards come in any amount for services or products and are non-refundable. Unopened products can be returned within 10 days with a receipt for store credit, and service and gift card returns receive store credit only. Clients are advised to leave valuables at home, as the salon is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. Military personnel need discount coupons, issued after service, to receive discounts. The VIP card program adds bonus points from visits, and every 100 points gives an $8 discount on waxing, skin care, massage, eyelash extensions and ear candling.
