The stylist is a licensed cosmetologist with more than 20 years of experience. Each appointment begins with a consultation, and the work is built around protecting the integrity of natural hair while producing a polished finish. According to the business, the aim goes beyond a style to include care and healthy results.
Appointments are by appointment only and are requested through the booking form on the website. Only the client receiving service may be inside the suite during an appointment, because of the limited space. Handcrafted units are prepared for a scheduled pickup.
Add-on services such as deep conditioning, a hydration micro-mist, end trims and color can be added to a qualifying service, but they are not offered on their own. Hair extension removal is also available. The business sells haircare and cosmetic products online, and all online sales are final with no returns, exchanges or refunds.
