Brow services cover waxing, tinting, and tinting combined with waxing, and each brow appointment runs about 30 minutes. Brow lamination with tint is a longer service, at about an hour and fifteen minutes.

Lash offerings include Korean lash lifts, which lift natural lashes without extensions, and a range of extension styles from classic and hybrid sets to wispy and mega volume. Cluster extensions are applied in small clusters with semi-permanent glue and are described as lasting up to 10 days with proper care. Lash removal is also offered.

Refills are scheduled by timing: a one-week touch-up, two-week and four-week refills, a three-week refill, and a mega volume refill. A two-week refill requires that 40% of lashes remain, while three- and four-week refills must be booked on schedule after the full set or previous refill and need lashes from a previous service.

Combination services bundle several treatments into one visit. The Shakeback, at about two hours and fifteen minutes, pairs lash extensions or a lash lift with a brow wax and tint and a full face wax.
