The lash menu is the core of the business. Classic extensions come in a natural set, a medium set and an extra set, with each style using silk mink lashes. Natural sets use about 50 lashes per eye, medium sets about 75, and extra sets about 100 for full coverage. Two-for-one pricing lets two people book together and save $10 each on a full set. Volume sets build a fuller look by placing several extensions on each natural lash, with options that include a natural volume set, a hybrid of volume and classic lashes, medium and extra volume sets, a mega set with a fan of extensions per lash, and an anime set with spiked tips. Cashmere extensions can be added to volume sets and volume fills for $15 more. Between full sets, fill-ins are offered at one, two or three weeks, and refills are optional. Mink lashes can be reused up to 20 times with proper care.

Brow services include pencil fill-ins, shaping done with wax, tweezers and trimming, a temporary brow tint applied after brow mapping, and brow lamination. Waxing covers the lip, chin and underarm. Facials include a deep cleanse with pore cleansing, extractions and a hydrating serum, which can be paired with a face mask; a facial built for the belly during pregnancy; and a longer extractions and moisture facial. A deep cleansing facial can be booked with a natural lash set, and a Wednesday special pairs a facial with a consultation and a natural set. A lip treatment can be added to another service.

Booking requires a deposit of $35 to $45 to hold the appointment. Deposits are not returned for no-call no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead. Appointments can be rescheduled once, with at least 24 hours notice, and a new deposit is then required. Clients should arrive no more than 10 minutes early, since appointments start on time, and arriving more than 15 minutes late means the appointment is canceled and the deposit is kept. Extra guests are not allowed unless they are also being serviced. Cash, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Afterpay are accepted. Clients are asked to avoid caffeine and makeup before a lash appointment.

For those who want to learn lash application, the studio offers an online beginners course covering placement, isolation, diameter and natural lash health, which can be watched at the student's own pace. A volume lash course is available for $250 and requires certification from the beginners course. The certificate is mailed, so an address is needed at checkout.

The studio says it aims for a healthy, natural-looking result.
