The space is described as relaxing and upscale. Parking is well lit and watched by 24-hour surveillance, the setting is private, restrooms are kept clean, and the studio is fully handicap accessible.

Hair extensions are available only after a consultation, so options can be talked through before booking. Eyebrow arching is also offered.

Hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 10 AM to 3 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 3 PM. Mondays are by appointment only and Sunday is closed. After-hours appointments can be requested case by case through the website, phone or email.

Clients have a 10-minute grace period. Arriving later can mean a $10 late fee and possibly rescheduling. Changes or cancellations need 24 to 48 hours notice; with less notice than 48 hours, half the prior service charge applies. Payment is due at the visit by cash or major credit card, and sales and services are final. Children and guests who are not receiving a service are not permitted because seating is limited. Clients who are sick or have a contagious illness at home should contact the studio at least 48 hours before rescheduling.
