Visits begin with a Crown Assessment, which includes a scalp analysis and a review of the client's hair history and concerns. The studio looks at the client's history, scalp, hair, lifestyle and how their hair has been changing before recommending any treatment. Consultations include crown mapping. From there, the studio builds a personalized restoration plan and then offers ongoing crown support, which may include periodic reassessments, progress tracking and home-care guidance. When more information is needed, the studio may suggest lab work or a visit with a healthcare provider before choosing next steps.
The studio's scalp services include microneedling with growth boosters, used as part of a restoration plan, and scalp detox therapy, a targeted service for buildup and flaking. Other options cover targeted scalp treatments, silk presses and natural twists for clients who wear their natural hair.
For fullness and coverage, the studio offers Seamless Crown Wefts and K-Tips, plus custom hair loss solutions that may combine strategic enhancements, integration methods, customized coverage or non-surgical hair replacement. Toppers and wig options are included as part of these solutions, depending on the client's crown. Extension work includes sew-ins, crochet styles, human hair twists and bonded styles, and eligible installations can be maintained with refresh, tighten and maintain visits.
Concierge Hair is an optional service in which the studio sources the hair for the selected service. Clients can also bring their own hair if it meets the requirements for their service.
The studio takes an assessment-led approach aimed at restoring the hair and scalp rather than only covering concerns, starting with the client's history and pattern of change before recommending treatment.
