The studio works by appointment only, so each visit is private, and clients can come in for a fitting, a styling session or a custom design consultation.

The studio makes full European human hair wigs and sheitels on custom-designed caps, along with Illusion Falls, hair toppers, band falls, hat falls, ponytail wigs and hair integration systems. Hair is hand-selected, unprocessed European human hair sourced from Eastern Europe. Many pieces are kept in an in-stock collection at the showroom and can often be picked up the same day after fitting and styling, while custom orders generally take six to eight weeks. Pieces start at $1,000, and the final price is given at the consultation, once the studio has seen the client's hair and understands what the piece is for.

The studio also makes custom-designed cranial prostheses for medical hair loss, made from 100% unprocessed European human hair. Prices for these start at $1,000 and depend on the hair, cap construction and length. The studio does not bill insurers or submit claims. Instead it provides an itemized invoice that the client can submit to their own plan, and invoices for custom-designed pieces may reference HCPCS code S8095, while code A9282 is a broader wig code.

Remote clients can work with the studio through virtual consultations, which use photos, measurements and, where possible, a hair sample. Pieces ship worldwide. According to the studio, its clients come from across Bergen County and further afield.
