Each acne program begins with a consultation for first-time clients, where the esthetician reviews possible contributors including hormones, digestion, stress, diet, medications, cosmetic products and everyday routines. Sessions open with a thorough cleanse, followed by a peel tailored to the client, careful extraction, and a combination of skin-stimulating current, light treatment with LEDs, and hands-on lymphatic massage. Ongoing clients generally come back about every two to three weeks.

Custom facials begin with a double cleanse, exfoliation and gentle extractions, then add one or more modalities such as a hydrating treatment, cryotherapy, LED light, gua sha or micro-current. Extra modalities cost more. The Qi Beauty facial is priced at $200, and the studio says it is the first treatment to combine quantum technology with acupuncture points. The studio also offers a no-downtime TCA peel built on the Renewal Dermal formula, which is offered for pigmentation, fine lines, acne, sun damage and scarring, and it recommends home care products that are introduced gradually at an estimated $35 to $150.

Appointments are by appointment only. Clients get a confirmation email and text at booking and a reminder 72 hours ahead. A card on file is required to book, and cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance, with a $50 fee for late cancellations or no-shows. Intake forms sent by email must be completed before the visit, and clients are asked to stop retinol or other actives three days before a treatment. Payment can be made by card, cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Afterpay for payment plans. A free 15-minute product pickup slot is available, with curbside pickup by texting the products needed.

The studio builds its acne consultation around possible triggers, and its treatments combine peels, extractions, light therapy and massage.
