The practice began in 1999 as massage and aesthetics services offered at The Family Medical Group, a medical clinic run by the owner's father, and those services were developed there until 2005. Since 2005 the owner has been building the practice in the Henderson area. Before and alongside that work, the owner also held massage therapist and aesthetician roles at destination resorts and spas, including the JW Marriott, Caesars Palace and the Rio Hotel.

Facials use a range of named treatments. Professional skincare comes from Phytomer and Phytoceane, two marine-based seaweed lines, and the business says Phytomer is among a small share of cosmetics companies worldwide that operate their own laboratory. Vie, a Phytomer company, supplies the cosmeceutical products used in some facials and peels, and Pure European facials use either Phytomer or Farm House Fresh skincare. Glass Skin Glow peels are chosen by skin type, and the menu also includes microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, high frequency, and microneedling with the Nano Stamp, which is performed with numbing and LED light.

Massage menus cover therapeutic massage in 30, 60, 90 or 120 minute sessions, blending Swedish, deep tissue, sports and detox approaches as needed. Aromatherapy massage uses pure essential oils and Eve Taylor Skincare products, Lomi Lomi is a Hawaiian-origin full-body massage, and Mothers Bliss prenatal massage uses a system of pillows for support. Dry brushing and a Phytomer detox mud can be added to a massage.

Appointments are required and can be booked by phone, text or online, and gift cards are sold on the booking site. A six-treatment series can be bought for the price of five on several facials, peels, microdermabrasion and massage services. Microneedling carries discounts for series of three or six treatments, paid at the first visit. Lash lamination is preceded by a test patch that must be booked between 24 hours and one week before the service, and its $10 cost is credited to the service price on the day.

The business suggests a professional facial about once a month for most people, and the owner tailors massages to each client's needs.
