The studio is set up for the whole family, with women's cuts and color, men's cuts and fades, scissor cuts for tweens and kids, face waxing and bridal styling. Bridal and quince hair and makeup is available in the studio or on site, and a trial can be booked ahead of the event; the trial runs about four hours.

Color is a large part of the menu, from root touch-ups and toners to balayage or foilage, highlights, all-over lightening through mermaid coloring, and color correction. Olaplex or K18 is included at no extra charge with balayage or foilage and toner, highlights and toner, and color correction. Consultations can be booked in person or by FaceTime, and the $25 consultation fee is applied toward a later service booked with the studio.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and range from $5 to $200 depending on the service. Appointments canceled within 7 days of the service date carry a cancellation fee of 20% of the original total, and rescheduling after a cancellation requires a new deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
