Color options range from root touch-ups and tone-and-treat visits to partial and full foil highlights and partial and full balayage, with or without a haircut. A Hair Cut and Style visit begins with a detailed consultation to find a shape that suits the client's features and personal style. Extension services include consultations, which cover hair goals, desired length and fullness, color matching and maintenance, and end in a custom plan and pricing. Extension maintenance is priced by the number of rows, from one to three.

Appointments are one-on-one and unhurried, and each guest is given a long-term hair plan. Consultations are recommended for new clients, major color changes and extensions. Clients are asked to give 24 to 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged a fee, and refunds are not offered because of the nature of the services, so concerns should be raised within a few days of the visit. Hours are Monday 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday 2 PM to 7 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM, and the studio is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Davines products are sold in the studio so guests can care for their hair between visits, and the extension care guide covers rough drying with hands, heat protectant on the ends, daily oil from mids to ends, satin pillowcases, mineral-only sunscreen and a leave-in conditioner before swimming.
