The facial menu covers Express, European, back and acne facials, with mini facials running 20 to 30 minutes and longer facials 75 to 90 minutes. Facials are cleansing, purifying and beautifying treatments for the face and neck, usually booked about every four weeks, though the therapist may suggest a different rhythm. Chemical peels are offered in light, moderate or deep depths, and light and moderate peels are performed by estheticians outside medical settings, while deep peels require a physician. Microdermabrasion resurfaces the outer layer of skin with either a crystal or a diamond-tip method, takes 30 minutes to an hour, and needs no anesthetic.

Waxing uses hard wax on the face, underarms and bikini area and soft wax on the legs, arms, back and chest. Clients are advised to let hair grow to about a half-inch first and to skip showers or baths beforehand. Waxing is not recommended just before or during a period, when sensitivity to pain is higher. Numbing cream may be offered and is applied 45 minutes before the service. Lash lifts, lash tints, a combined lift and tint, brow tinting and makeup, including bridal makeup, round out the menu.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and the business is closed on Sundays. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the price, payable before the next visit. Missed appointments without cancellation are treated as no-shows and charged. Late arrivals may have their sessions shortened, and clients are charged for the full session length.
