Upstairs is the JjimJilBang, a Korean bathhouse open to guests of all ages. Its themed rooms include salt, yellow-soil charcoal (the second hottest room), germanium, and cedar oxygen rooms, plus a cold room for cooling down between the hot rooms. Each gender has a private sleeping room, and a shared common area with a heated floor lets everyone relax together. The cedar oxygen room has a TV. An outdoor patio looks out over the foothills, and the in-house Korean restaurant offers more than 30 dishes. Food is cooked after you order, and you collect it yourself when it is ready. The spa states that its dishes contain no artificial flavoring or MSG.

The treatment menu covers body scrubs, which are Oriental-style exfoliations meant to remove dead skin and support circulation, and body scrub and massage packages. Massage options include acupressure, which uses firm pressure on meridian points, Swedish massage, a hot stone version of Swedish massage, an aroma oil soothing massage, and deep tissue massage. Facial options include a State of Art facial care treatment and several Vitamin C facials, with high-frequency or stem cell add-ons. Individual and couples massage rooms are available.

Appointments are requested online through Fresha and are not final until staff contact you. Arrive about 30 minutes before a booking, since arriving more than 5 minutes late cancels it. Skin care appointments are confirmed by phone after the esthetician reviews them. Service hours run from 10:00am to 8:00pm, and male service providers are not available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The day pass is $33.00, and it is waived for guests whose services total $100.00 or more, not counting food and drinks. There is no time limit on visits, but guests must leave by 10:00pm on the day they arrive.
