DE Brow & Lash Bar is led by founder Lucy Elsi, who also founded DBLB Studio & Academy. The business combines client services with education, offering one-on-one eyelash extension training, an eyebrow lamination class, a keratin lash lift class, a makeup class, a self-makeup course, and a business start-up session for people opening a beauty business.

New clients can book a 15-minute consultation by phone, text or in person at no charge. Consultations longer than 15 minutes are charged $30 for each additional 30 minutes. The studio is closed on Mondays, open 10 AM to 7 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and open 10 AM to 4 PM from Thursday through Sunday.

Lash extensions are grouped by style. Classic natural full sets use one extension per natural lash and are priced at $140 for about 70 minutes, and a booking requires a $40 deposit. Volume, mega volume and hybrid full sets are also offered, each with matching fills. A classic fill, priced at $80, should be booked two to three weeks after a set and no later than the third week. At least 40% of the extensions must remain, otherwise the fill is charged at full set price.

Mobile eyelash service travels to homes or offices and needs at least three clients at the same location. Locations more than 30 miles from Glendale carry a $50 fee, while other travel costs are included in the mobile prices. The referral program gives referred friends 10% off their first session and gives the referrer $40 off for each friend who books.

The studio pairs client services with hands-on education, and its founder teaches techniques, tips and tricks in one-on-one classes.
