The Boston office has private consultation rooms and a surgical suite with an operating room, where IV sedation and general anesthesia are offered. The surgery center is QUAD A-accredited, and the practice says it is one of the few places in Boston to hold that accreditation. An anesthesiologist, described by the practice as board-certified, administers anesthesia, and surgeries are assisted by a certified scrub technician or a registered nurse. An on-site private recovery room is available after surgery. The reception area has couches, natural light and magazines, and staff will validate parking if needed.

Visits begin with a consultation. The first appointment includes an assessment and a personalized plan, with realistic expectations reviewed. Treatment plans cover the face, neck and skin, and aesthetic nurses also offer personalized skincare plans and product recommendations. Palm Beach consultations are private, with a practitioner meeting patients who travel from out of town or live in South Florida, and some treatments discussed there can be done in Palm Beach or at the Boston surgery center. The practice says patient needs and privacy come first throughout a visit.

Boston hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturdays by appointment. Palm Beach is by appointment only. Booking and contact is 617.397.5387.
