The main office is in Burleson Medical Office Building 5. The Granbury and Cleburne locations are visited by providers on set days and special hours, so patients there book through the main line at 817.568.0500. The main office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and it is closed on weekends.

The practice covers a wide range of medical dermatology, from acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, hives and vitiligo to warts, molluscum, nail disease, hair loss and skin rashes. Full body skin checks, mole biopsy and removal, and care for pre-cancerous lesions are also offered.

Surgical services include skin cancer excision, curettage of superficial skin cancers, cyst and lipoma removal, and skin tag removal. Cosmetic options include Botox, Dysport, dermal filler and Skin Pen treatments.

New patients can download intake forms in advance, including the medical history, financial policy, registration and HIPAA notice. Returning patients only need to complete the registration form if their address, phone or email has changed. Patients should bring a valid photo ID, a current insurance card and a list of current medications.

The office accepts major insurance, and patients are asked to call to confirm coverage for their specific plan. Listed insurers include Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and HMO, Care N Care, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, Meritain, Superior/Ambetter, Tricare, and UnitedHealthcare PPO and HMO. Revision Skincare products are sold in the office and through an online store.
