The facial menu runs from a 30-minute Express Doll House Facial at $60 to a 90-minute Signature Doll Facial at $150, which the business calls its most luxurious facial. Other options include the Derma Bright Facial with a neck and shoulder massage, the Derma Clear Facial for acne-prone skin, the Hydra Doll hydrating facial, the customized Doll House Facial, and the Seasonal Aloe & Copper Clay Facial, which uses a lactic and mandelic acid aloe enzyme exfoliation and a copper clay detox mask in 60- or 90-minute versions. A Microdermabrasion Facial treats the face only, while the Deluxe Microdermabrasion Facial, 90 minutes, extends to the face, neck and decolletage. A Back Facial is offered as a 30-minute Express Back Facial for $60 or a 60-minute treatment for $120, and includes cleansing, exfoliation, steam, manual extractions, a mask, hot towels, massage and finishing products.

Procell Microchanneling uses fine needles to make controlled micro-injuries, which the business says stimulate collagen production. It is offered on the face, abdomen, thighs, arms, decolletage and hands. A single session is $350, a series of three is $900 and a series of six is $1,800. Full payment is needed to receive the series discounts, the business recommends at least three sessions, and according to the booking site the three-session series requires a $450 deposit upfront. Each treatment includes a customized session, a complimentary aftercare duo and guidance with skincare recommendations. The Doll Body Treatment is a full-body service with dry brush exfoliation, nourishing body oil, a foot mask, hot towels and a mini scalp massage, and a dry brush is included to take home.

Brow and lash services include Brow Lamination, a 60-minute service at $95 that sets the brow hairs upward for a fuller look, along with brow and lash tinting using a semi-permanent dye matched to the client's hair color and skin tone. Lash lifts, a Lash Lift & Tint, and a Brow & Lash Duo are also offered. Waxing covers arms, back, brows, chest, legs, lip and chin, and underarms, and the business says it uses high-quality wax and techniques designed to reduce discomfort. Brow waxing is recommended every four to six weeks. Makeup services, including bridal work, special FX and glitter or gemstone looks, are provided onsite only, and the business does not travel. Makeup requests are made through a form, and an additional artist is brought in for groups larger than four.

Booking is by appointment only at 843-608-1615. Hours are Thursday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. An active credit card on file is required for all bookings. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled with a 50% charge, and cancellations made 24 hours or less ahead incur a 50% fee. Guests must be 18 or older, clients are asked to come alone, and anyone under 16 needs signed parental consent. Service packages must be paid in full upfront, and gift cards from $10 to $500 are delivered by email. Gift certificates are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash.
