Visits start with getting to know the client's skin, concerns and expectations. A free 30-minute consultation is offered before a first visit to assess the skin and suggest a treatment. Facials range from a gentle option for teens and a calming facial for sensitive or reactive skin, to a signature facial suited to all skin types, a hyaluronic acid hydration treatment, and a longer, deeper exfoliating facial.
Treatments can be adjusted during a visit, such as adding a peel, a vitamin, or an ampoule, but only with the client's approval. A tidy-up face wax is included at no extra cost in every facial or treatment when the treatment allows it.
The business also offers waxing across the face and body, along with brow and lash tinting. Gift certificates are available in store or by phone and are valid for five years from purchase.
