The spa's approach centers on tailoring each treatment to the client's skin, goals and needs. Staff aim to give personalized treatments and honest recommendations rather than one-size-fits-all care, and they say they do not push clients into services or follow trends for their own sake. After facials, aestheticians offer guidance on home care, and the spa sells Sanitas skincare kits for normal, dry, sensitive, acne-prone and combination skin, along with gift certificates.

The facial menu ranges from express 30-minute rituals to 60- and 75-minute facials. The Glo2Facial combines exfoliation, oxygenation and targeted ingredients, and JetPeel uses oxygen and sterile saline to exfoliate and infuse customized serums without needles. Dermaplaning removes dead skin and peach fuzz with a scalpel, and Geneo treatments use a bicarbonate disk to oxygenate the skin, which the spa calls its long-standing favorite. Custom Glow is a 65-minute facial that the aesthetician builds for each client, and the Glow Ritual is a monthly membership with treatments tailored to skin needs, priced from $125 to $235 depending on the facial.

Medical aesthetics are provided by nurse practitioner Sarah Soeum through Velour Medical NY, and include wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, Skinvive, collagen induction microneedling and PRP. A 15-minute consultation costs $50 and is waived if treatment is booked during the visit. The nail room offers manicures and pedicures in a private room for two clients at a time, using CND and OPI polish, but does not offer acrylic, tips or gel extensions and does not remove artificial nails. Massage therapy and intuitive readings are offered on their own schedules, with massage priced by length from 60 to 90 minutes.

Appointments need at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less notice, and missed appointments, are charged 75 percent of the scheduled service price, and a valid credit card must be kept on file for every booking, including those paid with a gift certificate. Clients who cancel or change often may be asked for a non-refundable deposit. Some treatments also need time after injectables: many facials are booked at least two weeks after filler or Botox, and some peels and dermaplaning require three weeks.

Treatments are personalized, with expert guidance and honest recommendations rather than one-size-fits-all care, and the spa says it does not pressure clients or follow trends for their own sake.
