Derma Fresh is Diane McDonnell's own skincare practice, which she set up by renting space inside Salon Sorella in Norwell. Before going independent she worked at higher-end salons, including Zona Salons and The Face Place & Spa, and she brings more than two decades of experience in the beauty and service industry.

Facials are the core of the menu, ranging from 30-minute express treatments to 60-minute firming and deep-cleansing sessions. Products come from the Repechage line, including seaweed-based formulas. Microdermabrasion is performed with a Bella Microdermabrasion machine, which the business describes as patented technology. The full 60-minute session covers the face, neck, decollete and hands and finishes with a seaweed mask, and a face-only Mini-Micro version is also available.

Beyond skin treatments, the studio offers lash extensions, lash lifts and tinting, brow tinting, temporary lash application and special event make-up, along with waxing for lip, chin, brows, underarms, forearms, bikini and full face.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM and Friday and Saturday 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with the studio closed Sunday and Monday. Appointments can be requested online or by text or phone at (781) 626-2429. Cancellations should be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Payment is accepted by major credit and debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, cash and checks.

Customizes each treatment to the client's personal needs, aiming to help clients rest, relax and replenish.
