The Hanover studio is at 2053 Washington Street, Suite 201, in Hanover, MA 02339, phone (339) 788-9468, and is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and Saturday mornings, with Thursdays closed. The Kingston studio is at 164 Summer Street, Suite G, in Kingston, MA 02364, phone (781) 422-3862, and is open Monday through Saturday with hours that vary by day.

Lash extensions come in several styles, from a light set that puts extensions on about half of natural lashes to full classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume sets. Fills are booked on a regular cycle, and the salon recommends a lash fill about every three weeks. Lash Lift & Tint is also offered as a separate service for clients who want natural lashes curled and tinted rather than extended.

First-time Lash Lady clients can book a lash removal appointment for $35, which includes a consultation and lash assessment. Current clients receive lash removal at no charge in a shorter appointment. New artists, called Lash Babes, are supported and supervised by the experienced team, and Lash Babe appointments include a 20% discount and 20% extra time.
