The salon's stated aim is to bring out the health and quality of each client's hair, with particular attention to natural and relaxed textures. First-time clients are recommended to book the Treatment and Trim package or a consultation. Pricing depends on the stylist's recommendations, so additional work is charged as it is added. Booking requires a 50% deposit to confirm an appointment. Clients who often cancel late or no-show may be asked for billing information before booking. Children aged 8 and under are not permitted unless they are being serviced, and animals are not permitted in the salon.
