Fills must be booked within 14 days of a two-week visit or 21 days of a three-week visit; after three weeks, a full set is needed or the studio should be contacted. Foreign fills are accepted at the artist's discretion after reviewing the existing lashes, and foreign refills may cost more than a standard fill. Removal, removal-only, and DIY appointments are each 30 minutes at $40. A Lash Lift is a semi-permanent treatment that curls natural lashes, lasts about 4 to 8 weeks depending on growth, takes up to 90 minutes, and costs $130. It adds no length or density, and tinting is available as an add-on.

Booking requires a credit card, which is held for the cancellation fee and not charged at booking. Changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the booked services. A digital consent form must be completed before the first visit. Late arrivals are fit in when possible at the same price, but if there isn't enough time the appointment is rescheduled and a late cancellation fee applies. Concerns with the work can be reported within 3 days for a complimentary touch-up, and refunds are not offered. The calendar often fills weeks ahead, so the studio advises booking early.
