The lash extension menu covers five styles. Classic applies one extension to each natural lash. YY uses a Y shape with two extensions branching from one base for a lighter, fuller effect with more coverage. Fairy follows a W pattern to add volume and texture. Hybrid mixes classic singles with volume fans, and volume applies fans of six ultra-fine extensions to each natural lash for a dramatic finish. Fills are offered at two-week and three-to-four-week intervals, a touch-up or mini fill replaces lost extensions and fills gaps between sets, and a new set takes about two hours. Before a first set, a patch test places a small amount of adhesive on a discreet spot, usually behind the ear or on the wrist, to check for an allergic reaction. Lash removal uses a specialized adhesive remover to break the bond between extensions and natural lashes.

Brow and lash lift services are also offered. Brow tint starts at $20 and takes about 20 minutes. Brow lamination with tint, from $90 and about an hour, uses a lifting solution to set brow hairs in one direction, for a uniform, lifted look and to help tame unruly or sparse brows. Lash lift with tint, from $90 and about an hour, uses a semi-permanent curling solution to lift lashes from the base, with the tint typically black or dark brown. The studio says it aims to provide the highest quality service and results.

Booking requires a valid card on file. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice incur a 50% service fee, and missed appointments without notice are charged the full service cost. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling and is treated as a late cancellation with a 50% charge. After three cancellations or no-shows, a non-refundable deposit is required to book future appointments, applied toward the service and forfeited on a no-show or late cancellation. Booking means the client agrees to this cancellation policy. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
