First-time visits begin with a free consultation of about 15 minutes to talk through hair goals. A consultation is also required before highlights with a base, balayage refreshes, dimensional blonding, and specialty color, and before ordering extensions. For specialty color, it is used to discuss placement, the shades involved, and whether the look can be achieved.

Opening hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday into the evening, Friday in the late morning and early afternoon, and Sunday until 5 PM. The salon is closed on Mondays.

Deposits are taken when booking and range from $30 to $75 depending on the service. New clients pay a $30 deposit for a haircut, $50 for a face frame and gloss, and $75 for a full solid color. Missing an appointment without notice within 32 hours of its start time carries a cancellation fee of 50 percent.
